EBBELWOI, ROSÉ & MORE: THE TRUE TASTE OF HESSE

Crafted with Local Pride

Discover the new cider menu at our Taverne – where Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1 restaurants receive genuine regional specialties. Enjoy single-varietal apple ciders, refreshing rosé options, classics like the unfiltered Schoppepetzer or the filtered Speyerling, and alcohol-free apple juices.

All are crafted by Höhl, Germany's oldest cider press, and traditionally served in a Bembel and the iconic diamond-patterned Geripptes glass. Ebbelwoi is Frankfurt in a glass - crisp, local, and full of character. Taste a true Frankfurt classic - cheers, or as we say here: Gude!
